Parents
The most important trilateral relationship in education is the one between the Teacher-Student-Parent. It creates meaningful involvement in student learning.
At AAIS, we believe in developing a mutually respectful partnership with our parents and ensure that parents are involved at each stage of student learning. This happens through Parent Orientation Sessions, Back – to – School events, Grade Level Meetings, Student – Led – Tours, giving parents an insight into students’ everyday learning.
Parents often participate in classroom learning as invited guest speakers and resource people in classrooms, and volunteers on field trips. Engaging parents in the teaching-learning also fosters a sense of belonging and instils international-mindedness in our students.
