Introducing Math concepts for children (Nov 12th 2011)
Charu Raman, our kindergarten teacher and Priya Dixit, Admissions Manager attended a workshop on Introducing Math to children in the age group of 3-5. Kim Bane, Curriculum Coordinator of American International School, Chennai gave several practical examples of teaching Math through everyday activities to children, that were in line with the IB PYP philosophy of experiential and inquiry based learning.
